Replacements will be provided for faulty or damaged goods.
Refunds will be provided where replacements are not applicable. Please note that VITSLEY covers shipping costs within Australia, and subsidises 50% of shipping costs internationally. Therefore, any refunds will exclude the cost of shipping.

All orders are processed within the time specified on the item’s page. We offer free shipping for domestic orders and subsidised shipping rates for international orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 5-7 business days. International delivery varies by country and service, therefore typical delivery times can range from 7-21 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide credits for change of mind. We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase before finalising their order. Please contact us with any questions you may have before proceeding with your purchase.
4. Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned once opened or used. Refunds or replacements will only be provided in cases where the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described. If you believe your product falls under these conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange a refund or replacement. Please provide proof of purchase and detailed information about the issue.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs processing, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking your shipment.
8. Gifts with purchase
Please note that the complementary artwork that is included in the package for your order is not applicable for exchange, refund, return, or credit, as it is a gift from VITSLEY to you.
